Beef ribeye – broken down from the whole carcass, reared by Duncan Anderson on land near Faversham where they graze on grass and roam freely. Each animal is carefully slaughtered a couple of miles away at an independent abbatoir, with Duncan present to ensure the highest of standards and care.
