Docker - Sourdough Bread & Craft Beers

Docker aims to produce exceptional sourdough bread using the best ingredients and traditional methods to develop flavour and texture.  Their bread is for sale both from us at the shed and at local shops. They also supply wholesale for restaurants, pubs & and cafes, so you’re likely to see them around Kent. 

Their beers lean towards the modern Pales and IPAs coming from the USA with light malt and hop forward characteristics. Local cider and non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
