Kris set-up Gill’s in 2018 after a short break from hospitality (he used to run Boho Cafe in town with his family), summoning his old friend Simon to help him out. Together, they serve fresh, light lunches made from ingredients sourced from the market and prepared freshly every day on the premises. They source their coffee from Grant at the local roastery in Woodchurch (Cold Blow) and teas from the Chai Wallah of Margate. Delicious homemade cakes and bakes are also available, inspired by the season.
