In response to the horsegate enlightenment The Goods Shed would like to reassure all our customers that we only handle WHOLE carcasses of all local meat in our butchery. As many of you know as we have been extremely busy!
It is this distortion of our food chain that has always been The Goods Shed aim to redress by minimalising miles and middlemen wherever possible and not cutting corners.
Its time for some common sense and instinct. Time for content, not packaging.
Some things just get too big and become unsustainable.
