Tucked away in the bustling farmers market of The Goods Shed, The Wild Goose cocktail bar and food counter offers a retreat from the bustling streets of Canterbury. Showcasing the best of the market’s fresh produce, our menu of ‘little dishes’ is local, seasonal and ever-changing.

Taking inspiration from the European tapas style of eating, we specialise in creating little dishes of food that are perfect for sharing over a glass of wine.

We are also open daily (except Mondays) for breakfast, serving eggs benedict and eggs royale, with our home made hollandaise, and scrambled eggs with chorizo, amongst others.

Our cocktail menu is designed around the English garden with herb infused spirits and flower syrups. Each ingredient is carefully selected to work with the season and each drink is made with love. We care about wine too and have a handpicked selection of wines to complement our current menus.

We also have a few craft beers in stock brewed by the sea in Deal. Sitting at our 15 seater bar you can watch our chefs prepare your dishes in the open kitchen. Or sit and watch the market wanderings over a cup of coffee.
